Heavy flooding turns deadly in Belgium and Germany
Flooding in Belgium and Germany has killed more than 125 people with more than a thousand people unaccounted for, according to authorities. Flooding has also extended to streets and homes in Switzerland and the Netherlands. Rescue efforts are ongoing and local authorities have declared a state of emergency.
